Description: |
|
Despite its name, it is no longer a floating market because
there are no salesmen on boats, whether they are sailing or
their boats are moored. The Klong Bang Luang Market, however,
remains a nice piece of canal to escape the hubbub of central
Bangkok and eat a bite or drink a coffee or other soft drink in
one of its restaurants and cafes. You will also find some stalls
selling souvenirs and a painter but the inevitable place here is
the Artist House (Baan Silapin in Thai) and its daily show at 2
pm. I advise you to come here for 1pm, eat and attend the show. |
