The cave consists of 13 rooms which connect to one another and
are residents to about a million bats. Normally, fully exploring
the cave takes 3 hours. A large hole can be found on the
western wall of the cave. In the afternoon, a ray of sunlight
will beautifully shine through the hole like a spotlight. This
makes an impression of a scene from an underworld theater and
visitors can climb up to the stone cavity for enhanced scenario.
In addition, if visitors take a look at the entrance after
walking inside for a certain distance, they will see a beautiful
sight of the steam running from the dark part of the cave to the
light outside with the green grass field as the background.
Exploring the cave requires a guide for 300 baht per 10
visitors. A group of less than 10 visitors would still have to
pay 300 baht unless they bargain for an acceptable price. |
