นํ้าตกละอองรุ้ง
 Address:
 Known as:   Rainbow Spray Waterfall
Description:   Namtok La-Ong Rung is in Moo 3, Tambon Baan Rae, 80 kilometres away from downtown Yala.

Namtok La Ong Rung is one of the most beautiful waterfalls in Yala. Its name comes from how a rainbow appears so astonishing when the sun shines on the waterfall (the word "rung" means rainbow in Thai). This waterfall was officially discovered by Phayom Wongyaem and the Deputy District Chief of Amphoe Than To of that time in 1976. It is a four-level water fall of 200 metres long and is located in a tropical rain forest. Best period to visit: October - March, when there is cool weather and beautiful scenery of the sea of mist. Tourists shoud, however, be careful when soaking into the water because the water can be more than 2-3 metres deep. Children are not allowed to get into the water. Location: in Bang Lang Protection Unit, near the border of Tambon Aiyoeweng, Amphoe Betong, Yala province. 100 km away from Yala's city centre. Follow Highway no. 410 and turn left at the 97th kilometre to the waterfall.
