Wat Thipsukhontharam
 Known as:
Description:   In the north of Kanchanaburi province, Wat Thipsukhontharam has the privilege of hosting Thailand's the tallest standing bronze Buddha.
Reaching 32 meters high, it took three years to complete it. Unique work, this monumental statue is named Phra Phutta Metta Pracha Thai Trailok Natakan Thanrat Anusorn
This Buddha was built in 2012, for the 84th birthday of King Bhumibol Adulyadej and the 80th birthday of Queen Sirikit. It is located in the middle of a huge park, perfectly maintained and well equipped to welcome visitors, with guards, drinks, and souvenirs.
The more traditional part of Wat Thipsukhontharam is leaning against a side of the hill that can be seen behind the standing Buddha, about 500 meters away.
On the spot, the white and golden Ubosot hosts a replica of the famous Phitsanulok Buddha, named Phra Phuttha Chinnarat
