 Known as:
Description:   The King Naresuan the Great Shrine consecrates a statue celebrating a beloved Thai King who is an important party of Thai history. The King Naresuan the Great statue was built by the people of WichianBuri to memorialise the king’s heroism in leading troops to fight against Khmer invading forces in the city.

Their Majesties the King and the Queen presided over the ceremony to pay respect to the King Naresuan the Great on 25 January 1975. As a result, the District Office holds an annual celebration of the shrine on Royal Thai Armed Forces day, between January 24 and 26.

To get there, take Highway No. 21 (LomSak –Saraburi Road) for 5 kilometers from the WichianBuri District Office. It is located in TambonTharong, AmphoeWichianBuri.

The shrine is open from 6.00 am-8.00 pm daily.
