Description: |
|
Ratchaburi Province, south of Bangkok, is well known for is
production of water jars made from local red- black clay and
decorated with a trademark dragon figure on the jar (thus the
jars are often called "Dragon Pots").
The jars are handmade and the last step is to fire the
jar in a brick stove called a dragon stove which uses eucalyptus
and rubber woods as fuel. |
