A story once shown to us evidence that confirmed care and love His Highness King Rama IX  towards all Thai people.
Once in the year 1996 in Ratchaburi province, there was a stormthat caused trouble and misery to the people of Ratchaburi. Arescue teams came to the rescue villagers and communicate with each other by radio communication through the Central network but the storm was so strong that communication was interrupted making it impossible to communicate and help the villagers who were in danger.
Suddenly, a sound came from the Communication Center and confirmed it was VR009 - His Majesty's personal code has been identified. He gave advice to the staff to move the signal poles to be installed in a high area.
We team Street Art King Bhumibol has created this work on a 10-storey building of Photharam Hospital from inspiration derived from watching the movie “Signal from Heaven VR009” while
This Street Art King Bhumibol is the 2nd highest in the country. It is still a painting of the royal portrait. Of King Rama 9.
